1. Service description
VisaDoc provides software-assisted generation of document packages related to visa and immigration topics. Outputs are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only.
2. Not legal or immigration advice
Nothing on this website or in generated materials constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or professional advice. For complex matters, prior refusals, appeals, detention, or asylum cases, you must consult a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Governing law (Spain) and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, including the LSSI (Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The parties submit to the courts of Spain for the resolution of disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
4. EU VAT
Where applicable, value added tax (VAT) may be charged or accounted for under EU rules for electronically supplied services. The applicable tax treatment may depend on your location and the information you provide at checkout.
5. Withdrawal waiver (immediate delivery)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
By requesting immediate delivery of the document package after purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that performance begins without undue delay and that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once delivery of the digital content has begun.
6. Asylum and sensitive matters
Asylum and international protection matters carry heightened legal risk. Any materials related to asylum are strictly informational and require mandatory independent legal review before any submission to an authority.
7. Hosting
The service is hosted by Vercel Inc. Technical processing may occur on Vercel infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisaDoc and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated materials. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
